Job summary

FIS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager Lead to steer large, cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation to delivery. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and quality while guiding teams across clients and partners to achieve business outcomes.

You will drive governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications, enabling consistent, predictable delivery and continuous process improvements within a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant work experience.
• Minimum 10 years' experience leading complex technology projects or programs with knowledge of PM standards, governance, processes and delivery methods (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• Experience managing scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and programs from initiation through delivery, defining scope, plans, schedules, budgets, resources, success measures and deliverables.
• Provide leadership across multiple workstreams, coordinating internal teams, clients, vendors and partners to manage dependencies and deliver outcomes within scope, budget, schedule and quality expectations.
• Own project governance, financial management and execution, including estimates, resource planning, risks, issues and change control; hold teams accountable and address variances.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders; lead discussions and presentations to create alignment and drive decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, standards and controls and share best practices across the organization.
