Job summary

FIS Systems (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Project Manager Sr Lead to steer complex technology projects from initiation to delivery. You will own scope, schedules, budgets and quality, lead cross-functional teams, and manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in CS/MIS/BA, 10+ years leading large projects, and proficiency in Waterfall and Agile frameworks. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, business administration or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading complex technology projects or programs with governance and delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from initiation through delivery with defined scope, plans, budgets and success measures.
• Coordinate internal teams, clients and partners to manage dependencies and deliver outcomes within scope, budget and schedule.
• Own governance, financial management, risks, issues, change control and progress reporting.
