FIS is seeking a Project Manager Sr Lead to steer complex, high-impact technology projects from initiation to delivery. You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality and business outcomes, guiding cross-functional teams, clients and partners to ensure predictable delivery.

You will strengthen project management practices, manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations while driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS / MIS / business or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues and dependencies, and guiding cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects and programs from initiation through delivery, defining scope, plans, schedules and budgets.
• Provide leadership across multiple workstreams and coordinate internal teams, clients, vendors and partners.
• Own governance, financial management, risks, issues and change control with progress reporting.
