Job summary

Welpro Technology Limited 衛寶科技有限公司 in Hong Kong is seeking an ELV Project Engineer to coordinate daily ELV project activities, site inspections, and task tracking to ensure alignment with milestones. You will support contract management, track progress, log issues, and prepare progress reports.

You will lead site teams, communicate with clients and vendors, and perform QA/QC checks on ELV installations, ensuring proper documentation such as drawings, RFIs, submittals, and as-builts.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV project/site engineering (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, BMS).
• Knowledge of local Hong Kong building codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic project management tools; AutoCAD is a plus.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or related technical discipline (relevant certifications like BICSI or CIBSE are a plus).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ELV project/site engineering (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, BMS).

• Good knowledge of local Hong Kong building codes, statutory standards, and safety regulations.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, basic project management tools (MS Project), and AutoCAD.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills (proficient in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus).

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Engineer; immediate availability is highly preferred.)
