Job description

Less academic qualifications / working experience will be considered as Senior Technical Officer / Technical Officer.

Responsibilities

• System design, site work planning, monitoring, cost control and co-ordination works for ELV projects and report to Project Manager directly
• Involve in contract administration, cost estimation, documentation, QS work and site management for ELV systems
• Be responsible for regular site inspection to monitor and check the subcontractors' work quality
• Attend meetings and submit site progress reports
• Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor site progress
• Responsible for handling safety and environmental issues at construction sites
• Conduct site audits and prepare reports for the site safety and environment
• Attend safety coordination meeting and conduct safety training
• Prepare and carry out environmental management plans
• Identify potential hazards to the environment and prepare diagnosis
• Ensure site works are carried out according to Government Law, Company Policy and site requirements
• Maintain safety equipment and monitor site environment
• Participate in daily site walk

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electronic Engineering or relating discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ solid experience with exposure at ELV system
• Site working experience in ELV system is required
• Site supervisor qualification is preferred
• Good know-how on statutory and regulatory safety and environmental requirements
• Good know-how on ISO 9001 quality system is preferred
• Sound technical skills, analytical mind, strong communication and interpersonal skill
• Well-organized, work independently and under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken of English and Chinese
