Strong SQL skills and experience with .NET Core, Angular, and Python are essential, along with English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification IT development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Angular, Mobile Development and AI tools.
• Proficient in SQL with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and Python for data analysis and AI integration.
• Good command of English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
• Experience in the Construction industry is an advantage.

The candidate is responsible for various aspects of software application development, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop application components for the system, including the implementation and integration of AI/ML models.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to implement components according to project schedules.
• Prepare system test plans, perform system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both traditional software applications and AI-powered systems.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including system manuals, program specifications, data dictionaries, and user guides.
• Analyze business requirements and design effective AI-driven solutions to meet customer needs.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Hands‑on experience with .NET Core, Angular, Mobile Development, and AI tools (e.g., Dify, n8n).
