Job summary

Hip Hing Construction Company Limited is seeking a capable Analyst Programmer to join our IT team in Hong Kong, focusing on AI/ML powered applications The role covers development of application components, integration of AI/ML models, and collaboration with vendors to meet project milestones.

Strong SQL skills and experience with .NET Core, Angular, and Python are essential, along with English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–6 years of post-qualification IT development experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Angular, Mobile Development and AI tools.
• Proficient in SQL with PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, and Oracle Database.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and Python for data analysis and AI integration.
• Good command of English and Chinese with strong communication skills.
• Experience in the Construction industry is an advantage.

Job description

The candidate is responsible for various aspects of software application development, with a specific focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) projects.

Develop application components for the system, including the implementation and integration of AI/ML models.

Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors to implement components according to project schedules.

Prepare system test plans, perform system integration testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for both traditional software applications and AI-powered systems.

Create comprehensive documentation, including system manuals, program specifications, data dictionaries, and user guides.

Analyze business requirements and design effective AI-driven solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

At least 3-6 year of post-qualification IT development experience

Hands-on experience with .NET Core, Angular, Mobile Development, and AI tools (e.g., Dify, n8n).

Proficient in SQL programming with PostgreSQL, MS-SQL Server, and Oracle Database.

Familiarity with ETL tools and Python programming for data analysis and AI integration.

Good command of English and Chinese, with strong communication skills.

Experience in the Construction industry is an advantage.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Analyst Programmer.
