Qualifications

Job Description

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Department’s Configuration Management process.
• Drive the creation, optimization, implementation, and continuous improvement of engineering processes
• Coordinate with other departments from a process and workflow system integration prospective to ensure engineering processes is part of an end-to-end business process.
• Carry out process monitoring and reporting, and monitor the orderly operation of the process system.
• Responsible for the training of process management related knowledge, methods and tools, and promote the improvement of process management thinking and methods within the department.
• Drive the optimization of the department’s process system, improve the process, and provide direction and strategy suggestions for process system construction and improvement.
• Support Engineering team’s tools and external licensing logistic maintenance

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science.
• Experience in product R&D, preferably in a design engineer and/or design quality role.
• Experience in R&D process management.
• Experience related to system architecture, quality process, and management consulting, etc. a great advantage
• Familiar with process management and the basic theories, methods and tools of project management (such as ISO, CMMI, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint
• Knowledge in ERP, PLM, RPA systems (SAP, TeamCenter, UiPath, etc.)
• Software Engineering tools (Github, Jira, etc.)
• Strong sense of responsibility and purpose
• Effective organization, communication, moderation, and coordination skills.
• Good at discovering and thinking coupled with analysis and judgment ability
• Continuous improvement awareness and continuous innovation ability
