TymeX is seeking a senior Product Manager for the Shared Lending Platform. You’ll own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform that serves multiple consumer lending products across markets, ensuring API-first design, configurable vs coded boundaries, and scalable architecture.

You will lead cross-functional teams with Risk, Credit, and Engineering, drive build-vs-buy decisions, and shape IFRS9 reporting while enabling data-driven credit strategy and rapid iteration at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management with platform capabilities
• Familiarity with credit and lending domains incl. IFRS9 concepts
• Hands-on real-time decisioning architectures and APIs
• Strong platform surface design for engineers
• Experience delivering multi-country, multi-product projects
• Excellent English written and spoken communication
• Strong stakeholder management across Risk, Credit, Eng., Compliance

Responsabilités

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of Shared Lending Platform serving multiple products/markets.
• Define what is shared vs product-specific and establish boundaries.
• Set design principles for APIs, configs, multi-tenancy, and modularity.
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions with vendor evaluations and criteria.
• Guide platform role in real-time credit decisioning (workflow, rule config, models).
• Translate Risk, Credit, Compliance requirements into engineering-ready specs.
• Manage cross-lending dependencies and delivery sequencing.
• Support IFRS9 reporting and data aggregation for regulatory needs.
• Leverage data to improve origination, repayment, and credit strategy.
• Collaborate with Credit Analytics and Risk across the Group.
