Job summary

GoTymeX, the product, technology and data analytics hub of Tyme Group, is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Shared Lending Platform. You will own the vision and roadmap across multiple markets, balancing shared components with product-specific needs, and shaping API contracts, configurations, and multi-tenancy.

You will drive vendor evaluations and vendor buy decisions while aligning with Risk, Credit and Compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management building platform capabilities consumed by multiple product teams.
• Familiarity with credit and lending domains and IFRS9 concepts.
• Hands-on experience with real-time decisioning architectures at scale.
• Strong fluency in platform design and API design for engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the Shared Lending Platform for multiple markets.
• Define boundaries of shared vs. product-specific components and govern configurability.
• Set design principles for API contracts, multi-tenancy, and abstraction layers.
• Lead build-versus-buy decisions and vendor evaluations with clear success criteria.
• Drive real-time credit decisioning capabilities, including rule configuration and model testing.
• Translate Risk, Credit, and Compliance requirements into engineering-ready specifications.
