GoTymeX is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead technology delivery for a new portfolio in a fast-growing digital banking group. You will recruit and onboard the founding engineering team, set engineering standards, and build an integration framework to plug in best-in-class infrastructure partners.

The role is hands-on; you will set architecture, guide build-vs-buy decisions, and stay close to the code to drive delivery from zero to one and beyond, with an emphasis on AI-native practices and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in leadership roles
• Experience in financial services, crypto, or regulated fintech environments
• Proven full-stack engineering capability across modern frontend and backend stacks
• Experience leading multi-vendor orchestration and API-first architectures
• Demonstrated ability to hire and build remote/hybrid teams across time zones
• Experience operating within regulated fintechs across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with AI-native tooling and delivery
• Startup/scale-up mindset with product focus and hands-on approach

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering delivery end-to-end for wallet, payments, custody integration, KYC, ledger and related product layers
• Recruit and onboard the founding engineering team and establish team culture and standards
• Define and build the integration framework for infrastructure partners
• Make build-vs-buy decisions; collaborate with architecture and product teams
• Establish and run an AI-native engineering practice with modern tooling and CD
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Compliance, Legal and other engineering orgs to ensure regulatory coherence across jurisdictions
