Job summary

DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited in Hong Kong seeks an AVP / Senior Associate, New Products to lead the rollout of new products, manage NPA, and drive end-to-end processes across Global Financial Market in a fast-paced treasury environment.

You will collaborate with GFM Tech and sales/traders, govern product and sales processes, and use automation to unlock efficiencies while maintaining rigorous risk controls. The role offers competitive salary and benefits in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Global Financial Markets or related fields.
• Strong command of GFM products (FX, Derivatives, Money Market, Securities).
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Ability to drive automation and data initiatives using VBA/Python.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive rollout of new products, projects, and strategic initiatives across GFM.
• Own the New Product Approval (NPA) process and coordinate with sales/traders.
• Champion system projects with DBS Tech and stakeholders.
• Drive governance, product reviews, and compliance with regulations.
• Advance automation and data initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Provide ad-hoc support to meet evolving business needs.
