DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an VP/AVP Business Manager within Global Transaction Services to lead strategic planning, budgeting and performance governance. You will partner with senior leadership to translate data into actionable insights, drive productivity initiatives and align resources with growth priorities across products and regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience in business management, product finance or strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of transaction-banking economics, including cash management and liquidity.
• Excellent analytical discipline and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple planning cycles with accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget, multi-year plan, rolling forecast and monthly cycles across GTS products.
• Own ALCO balance projections and support liquidity, funding, and transfer pricing assumptions.
• Coordinate headcount, operating expenses and technology build plans.
• Maintain product performance tracking and variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and drive actions from insights.
• Set strategy and plan for revenue growth, product capability development and initiatives.
• Oversee cost-to-income and resource allocation to maximize value.
