You will manage, drive, and scale the corporate bancassurance product portfolio, partnering with internal teams and external providers to deliver risk-mitigation and wealth-preservation solutions for corporate clients. Formación

• Degree holder in related disciplines.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or insurance.
• Background in Bancassurance, Corporate Banking, or Product Management is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Cantonese/Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen insurance sales process frameworks to ensure policy adherence and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate onboarding of insurance products as eligible collateral; support product launches.
• Prepare MIS and performance reports for leadership reviews.
• Support digital transformation and streamline sales processes.
• Act as escalation point for internal and external stakeholders on policy issues.
