BOC Group Life Assurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Product Development Officer (Contract) to help create market-leading insurance products through a cross-functional, research-driven approach.

You will work on ideation to implementation, crafting materials that satisfy customers and drive commercial growth. The role emphasizes market intelligence, data visualization for sales insights, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry.
• Good communication skills and ability to handle change.
• Agile and have good execution capabilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Assist to build product materials that are functioning as designed to maximize customer satisfaction as well as commercial development

Responsible for maintaining market intelligence to understand market trend and innovation in products, services, customers journey, etc

Visualize data in meaningful ways to assist in understanding the sales status of existing products and suggest proposals for product improvement

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedule and timely delivery of required tasks and deliverables

Assist in the implementation of product development processes including system design and testing, and providing administrative support to the team

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

With at least 1 year of working experience in the insurance industry

Good communication skills and ability to handle change

Agile and have good execution capabilities

Analytical and attentive to details

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
