Luxury Executive Group is seeking a senior Private Sales Director to build an international private-client business across diamonds, fine jewellery and high jewellery in Asia, with flexibility for nearby markets. Travel will be required and Mandarin fluency is essential.

The role is an autonomous, standalone sales and business-development appointment with responsibility for client ownership, relationship building, and closing transactions.

Qualificações

• Substantial experience selling diamonds, fine jewellery or high jewellery to private clients.
• Established relationships with private buyers and collectors in Asia.
• Proven record of personally originating business and closing sales.
• Fluency in Mandarin; professional working English.

Responsabilidades

• Originate and close diamond and jewellery sales with private clients.
• Build the Asian client network and international opportunities.
• Acquire clients through outreach, referrals and proactive development.
• Lead private appointments, product presentations, negotiations and closures.
• Develop repeat business through attentive service and relationship management.
• Maintain a clear sales pipeline, forecasts and accountability for targets.
• Collaborate with the team on sourcing, pricing, availability and delivery.
• Contribute client insight to product selection and events.
• Develop a sustainable business across product categories and price points.
