Job summary

Geek+ in Hong Kong is seeking a Solution Engineer to collaborate with the sales team, research customer requirements, draft pre-sales technical proposals including project layouts and equipment lists. Proficiency in AutoCAD to draw warehouse layouts and flowcharts is essential.

The role involves coordinating internal resources to develop bids, presenting proposals, answering technical clarifications, and supporting contract signings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working experience in solution engineering, pre-sales technical support or equivalent roles.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to engage customers, identify and sort out technical requirements and draft preliminary pre-sales technical proposals including project layout design and equipment lists.
• Coordinate internal resources, guide the team to develop competitive bidding proposals, participate in bidding and proposal presentations, and respond to customers’ technical clarifications.
