Job summary

Vanguard Fire Systems PTE. LTD. in Hong Kong is seeking a CAD Drafter to create and revise 2D AutoCAD drawings, incorporating site updates and assisting with visualisation. You will coordinate with project teams to ensure correct drawing submissions and support engineering documentation and drawing control.

This role also involves drawing distribution management, scheduling support for field service, and handling quotations and purchase orders as part of a collaborative engineering team.

Qualifications

• Create and revise AutoCAD 2D drawings based on project requirements.
• Incorporate site updates and assist with design visualisation.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate drawing submissions.
• Assist in engineering documentation and drawing control.
• Manage distribution and filing of drawings.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and updating of job planning schedule.
• Assist with Field Service assignment tracking and manpower scheduling.
• Administration of quotations and purchase orders.
• Assist in preparation of Sales Invoice as per PO definition.
• Assist to provide support to customers.
• Support to Technical Service Department.
