Job summary

Hopewell Property and Facility Management Limited seeks a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer (Plumbing & Drainage) to lead plumbing, drainage, and underground drainage works on major HK construction projects. You will manage on-site operations, review technical drawings, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a HK Licensed Plumber (Grade 1), 5+ years for Project Engineer or 8–10 years for Senior Project Engineer, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Project Engineer: 5+ years in plumbing, drainage & large-scale underground drainage projects.
• Senior Project Engineer: 8–10 years with complex project leadership.
• Registered Licensed Plumber (Grade 1) in Hong Kong.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office; familiarity with BIM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute plumbing, drainage, and underground drainage installations on major projects.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and sub-contractor performance.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, method statements, and structural calculations.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, main contractors and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with WSD, DSD, and BD regulations; sign water supply applications when required.
• Maintain site diaries and prepare progress and technical reports.
