Job summary

云顶新耀 is seeking a Sales Lead to drive HK & Macau revenue growth, manage territory, and engage KOLs in anti-infective and nephrology. You will develop strategic sales plans, collaborate with medical and marketing teams, and oversee formulary listings and drug subsidies.

Strong English and 5+ years pharma sales experience are essential. Based in Hong Kong/Macau, the role requires managing relationships with hospitals and public/private sectors, and may require extended hours to meet business needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with proven sales achievements.
• Demonstrate strategic thinking and an aggressive working attitude.
• Extra marketing experience in a multinational pharma company is a plus.
• Background in antibiotics, renal disease, immunology preferred.
• Result-driven, hands-on, entrepreneurial, team player, growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for achieving or exceeding HK & Macau sales targets and drive growth.
• Territory management including hospital listing, scientific communication, and KOL engagement in anti-infective and nephrology in HK/Macau.
• Develop and execute sales penetration strategy to achieve short and long-term targets.
• Achieve revenue growth and provide timely market intelligence and reports to senior management.
• Build and manage partnerships with commercial partners and external stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and ensure loyalty.
• Lead projects with full accountability for products and monitor competitors’ activities.
• Ensure sales force effectiveness and collaborate with medical/marketing to engage customers.
• Assist market accessibility and formulary listing (private and public) and drug subsidy.
• May work outside normal hours; operate in compliance with policies.
