Job summary

G-20Group is seeking an experienced Senior Options Trader based in Hong Kong to lead and optimize options strategies across global markets. You will work with quants and developers to implement models and make data-driven decisions, driving profitability and leadership within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years of options trading, a proven PnL track record, and strong quantitative trading skills, with collaboration across teams to refine algorithms and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• 7+ years of options trading experience with a proven track record.
• Proven ability to generate consistent profits (PnL > $2m) for 3+ years.
• Experience with quantitative trading and data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• Strong background in options trading with a solid understanding of the options market and strategies (minimum >7 years).
• Proventrack recordof generating consistent profits (PnL>$2mfor more than 3 years)
• Experience with quantitative trading and the ability to apply data analysis to trading decisions.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, particularlyoptionspricing, volatility, and risk management.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience mentoring junior traders and contributing to the development of the trading team.
• A results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach.

Preferred / Desirable Experience

• Proficiencyin programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar (preferred).
