Job summary

G-20Group is seeking an experienced Senior Options Trader based in Hong Kong to lead and optimize options strategies across global markets. You will work with quants and developers to implement models and make data-driven decisions, driving profitability and leadership within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 7+ years of options trading, a proven PnL track record, and strong quantitative trading skills, with collaboration across teams to refine algorithms and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
• 7+ years of options trading experience with a proven track record.
• Proven ability to generate consistent profits (PnL > $2m) for 3+ years.
• Experience with quantitative trading and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize options trading strategies across global markets.
• Analyze market data and leverage quantitative models to identify profitable opportunities.
• Monitor and manage risk exposures, ensuring alignment with risk management protocols.
• Collaborate with data scientists, quants, and other traders to refine trading algorithms.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, news, and events affecting options prices and volatility.
• Execute trades and manage positions to ensure optimal execution and liquidity.
