Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or physics.
• 5 years of fiber-optic or optoelectronics PM experience.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel 2-3 days/week to Dongguan and overseas sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensor products.
• Drive program execution across related function groups.
• Manage new product development from conception through transfer to production.
• Embed program management best practices, including Risk Upfront.
• Ensure deliverables meet PDP checklists and quality standards.
