Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Experience in high-speed RF PCB design and PCB layouts for multi‑layer boards.
• Hands-on hardware validation, debugging, and root-cause failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full product development lifecycle for high-speed transceivers.
• Design circuit schematics and PCB layouts with associated docs.
• Collaborate with PCB/substrate suppliers; conduct DFM reviews.
• Perform SI/PI simulations and optimize based on results.
• Conduct EVT and DVT testing and failure analysis.
• Evaluate new components for future products.
