Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in fiber-optic / optoelectronics is required.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; ability to work in a dynamic, analytical environment.
• Travel to Dongguan 2–3 days/week and to overseas manufacturing sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Join HK-based optical product development team.
• Lead development of high-speed fiber-optic transceiver and optical sensor products.
• Drive program execution across related function groups; manage product development from conception to transfer to manufacturing.
• Embed program management best practices (Risk Upfront) within the Platform.
• Ensure deliverables quality using PDP checklists.
