Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Fresh Market to oversee daily operations, drive performance, and lead on-site teams in Hong Kong. You will monitor KPIs, coordinate with stakeholders, and implement policies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in related fields and a minimum of 7 years' experience, with supervisory exposure and PMP certification preferable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and performance of the assigned Fresh Market, ensuring the delivery of quality services and smooth business operations.
• Lead and coach the on-site team, monitor performance, and ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Identify operational issues and commercial opportunities, and recommend improvements to service quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement policies, procedures, strategies, and promotional campaigns.
• Oversee tenancy matters, including marching in/out of premises, enforcement actions, credit control, and related follow-up.
• Manage and resolve enquiries, complaints, and operational issues involving tenants, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor contractors’ performance in security, cleaning, customer service, and maintenance to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
• Prepare operational reports and budgets, monitor KPIs, and provide management with updates and recommendations.
• Support and promote customer centric culture and strive for operational excellence for self and the team.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
