Job summary

PrimeCredit Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to manage the Company’s Operational Risk (OR) framework and support compliance activities across functions.

You will assist in advising on KCSAs and KRIs, identify control weaknesses, review incident reports, conduct investigations into customer complaints, coordinate ORC meetings, and prepare monthly OR reports. Fresh graduates welcomed; more experience considered for Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• University degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Compliance / Operational Risk Management / Complaint Handling / Internal Audit of Financial Institution, preferably in Consumer Banking / Consumer Finance.
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications and Chinese word processing.
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Company’s Operational Risk ("OR") Framework is duly implemented
• Assist in providing advice to functions and business units on Key Control Self-Assessments ("KCSAs") and Key Risk Indicator ("KRIs"), to ensure that operational risk profile of the Company is properly identified, measured and assessed
• Identify and report control weaknesses, exceptions and inherent risks to management in a timely manner
• Review operational risk incident reports and liaise with relevant parties to ensure proper mitigation actions are in place
• Conduct investigations into customer complaints, identify root causes and assist business units in preparing responses
• Assist to coordinate the Operational Risk Committee ("ORC") meeting on a monthly basis, including preparation of agenda and minutes
• Prepare monthly compliance and OR reports, and update OR related policy and procedures

Requirements

• University degree holder in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration or related disciplines
