Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Medical Advisor – Oncology to lead Medical Affairs strategy for assigned oncology products and indications in Hong Kong. The role translates clinical evidence and patient needs into priorities, insights generation, and strategic scientific engagement with external experts.

You will support launch readiness, patient access, and informed decision-making while upholding scientific integrity.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific expertise with ability to interpret clinical evidence and guidelines
Experience developing and executing medical strategies with objective setting and measurement
Strong external engagement with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals
Experience supporting evidence generation, medical education, or launch readiness in regulated pharma
High integrity, scientific independence, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Develop and lead the Medical Affairs strategy and medical components of brand plans
Provide medical leadership for launch readiness and lifecycle planning with cross-functional teams
Build and execute scientific engagement plans with external experts and medical societies
Generate and synthesize insights from external engagements and literature for strategic decisions
Identify education needs and lead high-quality medical education initiatives
Coordinate local evidence generation and investigator-initiated research activities
Ensure Medical Affairs activities comply with laws, codes, and governance standards
