Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong seeks an experienced finance professional to support daily settlement, securities processing, and corporate actions. The role requires a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and an SFC Type 1 license, with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

You will prepare operation manuals, reports, and provide market insights to the investment team, conduct credit reviews, due diligence, and monitor FX, rates, and bonds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Holder of SFC regulated activity licenses (Type 1 is required).
• Degree with basic knowledge on securities market & products.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily settlement and administration support for securities processing.
• Prepare operation manuals for policy/procedure changes.
• Prepare reports and support frontline in delivering market information to clients.
• Credit proposals, due diligence and advising investment team.
• Monitor and analyze FX, rates, and investment grade bond markets.
• Ensure trade executions comply with internal governance.
