Haitong International Securities Group Limited is seeking a Senior Officer in Client On-boarding for Private Wealth Management. The role focuses on onboarding new clients, ensuring KYC compliance, and coordinating with Front Office to prioritize requests.

The successful candidate will perform periodic reviews, liaise with Compliance, Legal and Operations, and contribute to policy updates and ad-hoc projects while maintaining strong English and Chinese communication skills, including Putonghua.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in client on-boarding, KYC or AML.
• University degree in any discipline.
• Strong command of English and Chinese (Putonghua) with attention to detail.
• Interest in regulatory environment and control processes.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client onboarding and new account opening.
• Perform periodic reviews / trigger events.
• Ensure KYC documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Front Office to prioritise account requests and update progress.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal and Operations as required.
• Review and update policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing statistical reports.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Senior Officer - Client On-boarding, Private Wealth Management

Handle client onboarding and new account opening

Perform periodic review/ trigger event

Ensure the quality of KYC documentation complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Coordinate with the Front Office to prioritize account requests and keep them appraised of progress

Liaise with other internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal and Operations as required

Review and update the relevant policy and procedures to ensure compliance with latest regulatory requirement

Assist to prepare statistical reports

Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ relevant/related experience in retail/HNW/corporate client on-boarding, KYC or AML

University graduate in any disciplines

Demonstrate an interest in the regulatory environment and control processes

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including fluency in Putonghua with an eye for detail

Good team working and communication & interpersonal skills
