Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced network support professional to assist senior engineers in administering and maintaining a multi-vendor network infrastructure across several data centers.

Qualifications

Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience in: Troubleshooting for systems and network problems; CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products; Internet Firewall Technical Support; Networking; Virtual Private Network.
At least 3 years' experience in: Network Design; IT Procurement.

Responsibilities

Assist senior engineers in administering and maintaining multi-vendor network infrastructure.
Support Internet, Intranet, LAN, and WAN connectivity across multiple data centers and facilities.
Ensure network stability and performance across all remote sites and building locations.
Maintain and update technical documentation, operational procedures, and system records in a timely manner.
Deliver day-to-day network support and troubleshooting services to end users.
