Qualifications

• Essential skills: Zscaler (Proxy) and Palo Alto Firewall.

• Strong experience in troubleshooting and securing networks.
• Advanced certifications such as CCNP are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Expert-Level Troubleshooting: handle complex network issues requiring deep expertise and root-cause analysis.
• Strategic Planning: develop long-term strategies for network growth and optimization.
• Security Management: design and implement advanced security measures and monitor traffic for threats.
• Project Leadership: lead upgrades, migrations, and integration of new technologies.
• Documentation & Best Practices: create and maintain detailed network documentation.
• Mentorship & Training: provide guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 engineers.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: coordinate with partners and vendors.
