Job summary

Qualifications
- 5+ years in network operations/engineering with 2 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
- Hands-on experience in validating network configuration changes.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure best practices.
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME for core network infrastructures.
- Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for network incidents.
- Lead technical support for TSL activities.
- Support capacity planning and performance analysis.
- Review network configuration changes for stability.
