Job summary

Leadingnation in Central, Hong Kong, is seeking a Network Infrastructure Engineer to own and operate mission-critical data centers and enterprise networks. You will manage core switches, routers, firewalls and load balancers, and lead network incident resolution end-to-end.

The role requires 8–10+ years of hands-on experience, Mandarin proficiency, and strong skills in Huawei/H3C/Cisco gear, OSPF/BGP/VLAN, and virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and KVM.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on experience operating mission-critical data centers and enterprise networks.
• Proficient with Huawei, H3C, and Cisco gear; certifications such as HCIE/CCIE/H3CIE are preferred.
• Able to design network architectures and troubleshoot end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s primary data center and branch network environments.
• Lead deep-dive troubleshooting for complex network incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with facilities for environmental monitoring and quarterly DR failover tests.
