Helios Education is seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Multimedia Designer to lead the creation of high-quality visual content across our education group. This is a group-level creative role based within Helios Education. In addition to supporting the Helios brand, the successful applicant will create materials for selected affiliated and partner companies within the same educational group. As these organisations share related audiences, services and objectives, the role offers an opportunity to shape a coherent visual presence across a connected portfolio of education brands.
Key responsibilities
Develop professional, high-end creative materials that follow the branding and visual identity of each company.
Design, prepare and publish graphic content for Instagram and Facebook, with potential expansion to other digital channels.
Conduct basic research to ensure social media content is accurate, relevant and informative.
Plan and produce short-form video content, including concept development, on-site filming, editing, subtitling and final delivery.
Adapt visual and video content for different platforms, formats and audiences.
Design corporate and marketing materials, including brochures, information leaflets, event materials and other printed or digital collateral.
Design and refine professional presentation decks for internal, client-facing and promotional use.
Maintain consistent quality and branding across Helios Education and the affiliated companies supported by the role.
Manage multiple creative requests, deadlines and brand requirements in an organised and efficient manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand objectives and translate ideas into polished visual communications.
About you
Proven professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a related creative role.
A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across social media graphics, video content, marketing materials and presentations.
Advanced proficiency with relevant professional design and video-editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects, or comparable tools.
Strong video-production capabilities, including filming, lighting, audio capture and post-production.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and brand consistency.
Ability to create distinctive work for several related brands while maintaining a coherent group-level standard.
Ability to conduct basic content research and present information clearly and accurately.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently polished work.
Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
Professional proficiency in both Cantonese and English, including the ability to work confidently with bilingual content.
