Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holder in Banking, Finance or related disciplines.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• To achieve mortgage loan sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, including solicitor firms, property agencies, and referral intermediaries.
• Explore new business opportunities and referral channels to expand customer base.
• Provide professional mortgage loan solutions and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth loan application processing.
• Keep updated with market trends and competitors’ mortgage products.
