• Proven experience in public relations, corporate communications, or marketing within the financial services or mortgage sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid understanding of mortgage products, financial services terminology, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into communications initiatives.
• Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Preferred: Experience in corporate affairs, financial communications, or real estate sector.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies for mortgage products and services.
• Manage external relations with media, industry partners, and key stakeholders to enhance corporate reputation.
• Create press releases, articles, newsletters, and digital materials for mortgage offerings.
• Coordinate public relations campaigns and media outreach to promote mortgage offerings and company achievements.
• Support corporate affairs activities, including stakeholder engagement and internal communications.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategies.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Prepare reports and analyses on communications effectiveness and PR outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, consultants, and media representatives.
• Contribute to thought leadership and corporate positioning initiatives.
