Job summary

Gravitas Recruitment Group Hong Kong is seeking a Relationship Manager in Mortgage Sales to build and maintain client relationships, offering expert mortgage and banking guidance. You will work with external partners to identify new client opportunities and mentor junior team members while staying abreast of industry trends.

The position requires a diploma or higher in finance-related fields, 3+ years in mortgage roles, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in insurance, banking, or finance preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in mortgage sector.
• Certifications in MPF, general insurance and investments with CPD ongoing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products and broad banking solutions.
• Independent worker with teamwork; strong networking skills; Cantonese and English fluency; Mandarin a plus.
