Job summary

Bank of Communications (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an experienced Mortgage Team Lead to drive the mortgage loan business and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including property agencies.

The role requires a degree in a related field and extensive mortgage experience, with leadership capability and strong communication to coach the team and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent HKQF level 5
• Minimum 8 years’ mortgage experience with team leading exposure preferred
• Strong communication skill and risk awareness
• Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations would be an advantage
• ECF achievement would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to drive mortgage loan business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as property agencies
• Coach and mentor team members to ensure sales targets are met
• Ensure business procedures comply with relevant rules and regulations
