Job summary

Cloudmax International Limited, a leading toys company, seeks an experienced merchandising support professional to manage the end-to-end merchandising cycle from development to production. You will liaise with overseas customers, factories and suppliers on orders and schedules.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in merchandising support, with exposure to hard toys and a trading background, and must communicate effectively in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma/ Diploma required.
• 4+ years experience in merchandising support.
• Exposure in hard toys with trading background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandising cycle from product development to production.
• Liaise with overseas customers, factory and suppliers on orders.
• Follow up quotations, purchase orders and production schedules.
• Ensure delivery requirements and quality standards are met.

Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Diploma holder
• 4 years or above experience in merchandising support
• Prior exposure in hard toys with trading background is preferable
• Self-motivated, energetic, team player with good interpersonal skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Good communication of English and conversational Mandarin
• Immediate available would be an advantage
