Job summary

Job-Hunter Employment Agency is recruiting for a leading toys trading and manufacturing company in Hong Kong. The role involves coordinating order processing from development to bulk production, and handling daily communications with overseas clients and factories.

Candidates should have 4–7 years in hard toys merchandising, strong MS Office skills, and good English/Mandarin communication. Immediate availability is a definite advantage.

Qualifications

• Certificate graduate or above.
• 4-7 years working experience in hard toys merchandising.
• Experience in order processing with overseas clients and factories.
• Self-motivated, energetic, adaptable with good interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication of both English and Mandarin.
• Immediate available is a definite advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing from development to bulk production.
• Handle daily communications with overseas clients and factories.
• Responsible for price & terms negotiation and costing calculation.
• Follow up production schedules with factory for delivery arrangement.
