Job summary

HR Plus in Hong Kong is seeking a Mathematician/Statistical Advisor to turn complex data into actionable recommendations and provide insight on statistics modelling for workforce analytics.

You will guide junior team members, apply statistical methods, data visualization techniques, and machine learning algorithms to solve challenging problems, support forecasting of employee behavior, and collaborate closely with the team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master in Applied Mathematics, or related Statistics/CS/Data Science.
• Strong interest in forecasting and human behavior prediction.
• Willing to drive change and collaborate in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
