Job summary

BIRDLAND (HONG KONG) LIMITED, a member of Jardine Restaurant Group Hong Kong, seeks a Senior Marketing Officer to develop annual marketing plans and lead campaigns that drive growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute initiatives across Digital, ATL, BTL, and social channels.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and project-management skills, with fluency in English and Cantonese.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in F&B, Retail, or FMCG.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Creative and eager to drive change.
• Well-organized with strong project and budget management skills.
• Strong business and marketing sense.
• Knowledge and experience in ATL/BTL activities and social media management.
• Understanding of the QSR market is an advantage.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing plan development to achieve annual sales and profitability targets
• Work with cross-functional teams to execute approved plans, including new product launches and sales promotions
• Manage production houses, creative agencies, and social media agencies to ensure high-quality, timely, and cost-efficient delivery of all projects, with a focus on Digital, ATL, and BTL
• Support post-campaign analysis and reporting
• Assist in other ad hoc projects and tasks as required

KFC is looking for a Senior Marketing Officer who is passionate, creative, and driven to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that excite customers and drive business growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the development of annual marketing plans and take the lead in executing campaigns that deliver strong business results. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life—across Digital, ATL, BTL, social media, and more—while ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
