Gabes Limited is seeking a marketing professional in Hong Kong to plan and execute the company's marketing strategy, shaping brand positioning and annual campaigns. You will translate complex safety-technology products into clear messages for property managers, IoT integrators and channel partners, while producing compelling sales collateral.

Qualificações

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, technology or property-related industries.
• Hands-on experience across digital marketing: social media, email, SEO/SEM and paid ads.
• Basic photography and video editing skills, able to handle full process from shooting to post-production.
• Able to understand technical products and explain them simply.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Passionate about content creation, responsible and quality-focused.
• Self-driven and comfortable building things from scratch in a startup environment.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute the company's marketing strategy, including brand positioning, campaign planning, budget and annual marketing calendar.
• Strengthen Gabes Limited's image as a professional and innovative safety-technology brand, ensuring consistency across channels.
• Conduct competitor analysis and track market trends in property technology, facility management and building safety.
• Translate technical products into clear messages for audiences such as property/facility managers, IoT integrators and channel partners.
• Produce sales collateral with Sales and Design teams (case studies, one-pagers, brochures, product videos, decks).
• Run B2B lead generation via LinkedIn, website, email, and SEO/SEM, including keyword research and campaign setup.
• Support co-marketing with channel partners.
• Content & Social Media: manage daily social media operations (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) including planning and performance data.
• Shoot, edit and post-produce video content for platforms (project showcases, product demos, event highlights).
• Events & PR: plan/run trade expos, product showcases, school talks and industry events; on-site photography and live posting.
• Build media relations and pitch stories on new projects, partnerships and awards.
