市場推廣及銷售 (Sales & Marketing) is seeking a Senior Marketing Officer to lead data-driven customer acquisition and retention efforts, and to design personalized customer journeys. You will plan and optimize campaigns, drive e-commerce initiatives, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities.

The role requires deep CRM experience, AI tool integration, and strong collaboration with internal teams and external vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of e-commerce marketing or CRM.
• Experience integrating AI tools into daily marketing and e-commerce operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead data-driven customer acquisition and retention strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
• Design and deliver personalized customer journeys, including tailored product recommendations and search experiences.
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns, refining CRM best practices based on performance results.
• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and sales in line with business goals and KPIs.
• Analyze customer data, consumer behavior, and market trends to uncover opportunities and recommend improvement plans.
• Partner with cross-functional teams — sales, IT, and external vendors — to implement and optimize marketing automation tools.
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy.
• Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, and sales in line with business goals and KPIs
• Analyze customer data, consumer behavior, and market trends to uncover opportunities and recommend improvement plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams — sales team, IT, and external vendors — to implement and optimize marketing automation tools

Who is Our Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 4 years of e-commerce experience in marketing or CRM
• Practical expertise in integrating AI tools into daily marketing and e-commerce operations
• Energetic individual with a strong sense of initiative, drive, and self-motivation, capable of working independently
• A team-oriented player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
