Job summary

Mclaren Consultancy Limited is partnering with a prominent Hong Kong NGO to recruit an Assistant Principal Social Services Secretary. The role oversees welfare services, policy formulation, and SWD compliance, driving efficiency via IT strategies with strong stakeholder engagement.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years in progressive management within NGOs, and be fluent in English and Cantonese, plus solid IT and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, development, and delivery of welfare services.
• Drive policy formulation and operational strategies to support organizational objectives.
• Coordinate, monitor, and review service units to ensure full compliance with SWD standards.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal HR and Finance teams on resource allocation and operational planning.
• Develop and execute IT strategies to enhance departmental administrative efficiency.
