Job summary

Prudential Hong Kong is seeking an experienced professional to lead the PRUVenture program, driving learning & development to strengthen the value proposition and attract talent while coaching leaders and associates.

You will map competencies, institutionalize performance coaching, and maintain strategic stakeholder relationships. Managing workflows, budgets, and headcount will be part of the role in a dynamic life-insurance setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably with agency management background.
• Professional qualifications (FLMI, CFP, FChFP, etc.) preferred.
• 9+ years in agency management, business development, or learning & development.
• Experience in life insurance industry.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Familiar with agency culture.
• Good knowledge of insurance industry & financial planning.
• Proficient in written & spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese.
• Good analytical, interpersonal, communication & leading skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the acceleration of PRUVenture program through development and execution of tools and learning & development to strengthen value proposition, create awareness, increase attraction, equip recruiters, and associates nurturing to increase scale.
• Conduct competency mapping to address gaps & address gaps & recommend impactful development interventions for PRUVenture leaders and associates
• Institutionalize performance coaching to meet the Company’s business initiatives.
• Build & maintain strategic relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally
• Review and ensure workflows of the PRUVenture programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and policies.
• Prepare & monitor budget and manpower utilization.
