Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree with preference for accounting, law, MBA or CFA.
• 4–6 years' relevant experience in M&A advisory, TS or listed companies.
• Familiar with Listing Rules and Takeovers Code.
• Excellent reporting, writing and communication skills.
• Willing to travel and work under pressure.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Leading end to end corporate finance transactions for listed and private companies.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and clients expectations are met.
• Taking a proactive role in pitch preparation and business development alongside Directors.
