Job summary

FWD Group is seeking a senior events manager to drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of the flagship Group Distribution event portfolio, including the HiVE agency and Partnership HiVE. You will support and develop the Group internal event strategy and contribute to content direction that engages employees at FWD GO’s internal events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Operations, Hotel and Event Management, Journalism, Communications or similar preferred
• 10 years of events management experience
• 1-2 years virtual event experience
• Experience handling stakeholders from diverse teams across Asia Pacific
• Excellent organisational skills
• Strong communications and inter-personal skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint) & event management technology/platforms
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator a plus
• Ability to travel when required

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end conceptualisation, planning, implementation and delivery of key Group Office internal events, including town halls, regional leadership meetings and high-profile recognition events, ensuring alignment with objectives
• Partner with executive leadership, C-suite sponsors, and Business Unit heads to translate objectives into compelling live event formats and experiences
• Collaborate with Communications, HR and Creative teams for unified messaging and seamless delivery
• Coordinate with venues, virtual platforms and vendors, negotiating on products and services
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization with strong value-for-spend
• Oversee multi-event planning, registrations, onsite execution, logistics and speaker management
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders; lead post-event evaluation and reporting with insights
• Develop post-event feedback mechanisms and ongoing engagement strategies
