Job summary

FWD Group in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Community Care communications lead to manage signature programmes, drive engagement, and ensure scalable impact across markets.

You will develop internal and external communications, measure outcomes, and partner with local market teams to share knowledge and enhance volunteering initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree or above.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• 5+ years in CSR, communications, employee engagement or related fields.
• Proven ability on strategic planning, implementation, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management across markets.
• Understanding of ESG reporting and data management preferred.
• Strong writing and storytelling across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage signature Group Community Care programmes that effectively address social needs and are scalable and sustainable.
• Develop and execute internal and external communications, storytelling, promotional materials, campaigns, and creative content to drive engagement with Community Care initiatives
• Responsible for performance measurement and reporting of Community Care targets
• Work with Community Care Leads across all FWD markets to enhance knowledge sharing and guide meaningful local Community Care initiatives
• Consolidate data and collect local market insights to measure effectiveness of programmes
• Drive volunteerism activities to deepen employee engagement and shared sense of responsibility towards the community
• Maintain and enhance the volunteer platform to encourage more employee engagement and volunteering opportunities

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• University degree or above
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Over 5-year working experience, preferably spanning corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, employee engagement or related fields, with knowledge of the business and social sectors in FWD markets
• Proven ability on strategic planning, implementation, and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills that enable effective management with internal and external stakeholders
• Understanding of ESG reporting and data and project management preferred
• Strong communications background with the ability to develop and manage communications internally and externally across multiple channels, including employee communications, media, social media and digital platforms

KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Experience in Asia regional Community Care programme management and implementation
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple cross-country projects with different partners concurrently
• Experience in ESG reporting and data management preferred
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear and engaging communications for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing communication plans, campaign content and stakeholder engagement materials for regional or cross-market initiatives
